Room rates and proximity to Kingston restaurants. Temperature at night got below freezing and only heat was in the living room but bed was very comfortable and very warm

Internet Service was appalling - paid for it but did not work the entire stay. Since the service is provided by a third party, refunds cannot be made through the front desk.

There was everything you could need in the accommodation It was fine. My husband goes to a conference and I like the galleries etc. in Canberra - but find the hotels expensive and the restaurants Sydney prices. We like a place where we can get our own breakfast and evening meal. The last time was Quest and Kingston Terrace was far superior to the Quest room. We would definitely go back to Kingston Terrace.

it was comfortable, convenient, close to shops and eateries ans close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Everyone seemed to bend over backwards to acommodate our needs including when booking, coming early etc.. I will tell everyone about the place and how good it was.

The apartment was excellent for our Canberra visit to see family and friends who live on the South side of Canberra. The closeness to Kingston shops and restraunts was a huge plus.The apartment was clean modern and comefortable with adequate appliances for a short stay. The gardens are nicely kept and provided privicy for the lower floor apartment.

Only complaint is that on a cold evening the heating takes a time to filter from the lounge room to the bedroooms. The addition of a non stick frying pan would be appreciated. Old style TV in bedroom did not work well and is probably not nesessary.It also takes up most the dressing room table space.

The children enjoyed the pool and the parking was secure with easy access to the room. Also was within walking distance to shops and cafes

The room was dusty and dirty which made my son who has severe allergies sneeze, itch and cough the entire time he was in the room. The screens were in a poor state of repair making me concerned to open windows for safety reasons. It was also next to the road which made it too noisy to open windows for any kind of breeze. The air conditioning unit was only in the lounge and no fans in any of the rooms which made getting a decent nights sleep almost impossible. I am glad we did not have to stay long.

Big mix up over my booking. But sorted OK in the end. Female manager grumpy over booking which was not my fault. Only cleaned weekdays

Proximity to central Canberra , friends and Family. Good size for 2 bed apartment with secure garage. 2 bathrooms with 2 bedrooms All utilities functioning

The Apartments are located close to Kingston shops and restaurants. The apartment was a reasonable size.

All of the furnishings look tired. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no lift, up 4 flights of stairs,

Spacious Apartments (we were upgraded from 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom apartment). Very Private (3 apartments per floor, 3 levels). Fully Serviced each week day if needed.

No Lift (We were on the first floor so not really a problem, but could be if you were on level 3). Some of the Kitchen Appliances were a little dated.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious and was close to the Kingston shops and restaurants.

That they pass on the bank credit card surcharge!

Parking undercover is difficult if the steering lock is not good. However it was good to have the car under cover and protected.

Spacious; the 3 bedroom apartment easily acccomodated our group. We were in Canberra for a wedding so the location was very convenient for the church (Manuka) and also the reception (Red Hill). Thank you too for the early check in.

Sliding door to ensuite was jammed open; bathroom tiles in ensuite needed a good clean. Stairs from car parking area were quite noisy and steps tended to echo in stairwell - noise could easily be heard in any of the apartments

The excellent location and the spacious rooms

Reception was great. Ashley was excellent and very professional. The apartment was spotless with plenty of room. The location was great with the Kingston village and the Manuka village in easy walking distance. We would recommend staying there anytime !

We were staying in h1 and the only thing is we could hear every car entering the garage. We were very fortunate that it was very quiet during our stay. Otherwise all was perfect !

Convenient layout for our party of parents and young adults. Spacious, good storage. Clean and well-appointed. Convenient location. Good value for money Staff were accomodating re late requests for folding bed and also late checkout.
